Currently we ship to several European countries and areas listed under "Shipping Rates" from Amsterdam, the Netherlands with PostNL.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (except for weekends and public holidays).
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your track & trace code with which you can follow the exact status of the delivery.
Please note that you cannot use a PO box address.
Please note that after the shipping is arranged and the package is handed to the shipping company, you cannot cancel or change the delivery detail.
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The Netherlands: 1-3 business days after we dispatch your order.
Outside the Netherlands: 3-7 business days after we dispatch your order.
You can return or exchange the goods within 14 days of the date of arrival of the goods to you, if it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Please make sure that the goods are received by us undamaged. You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
Please use a shipping service with a track and trace. We will not be responsible for the loss of any goods that have been sent to us which we do not receive.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint.
Once your return is received, each item is inspected, and if it shows signs of wear, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. All decisions made by us regarding returned goods are final. When it is approved by us, you will receive a confirmation email. Then a refund including the original shipping costs paid by you will be made by your original method of payment, no later than 14 days after our confirmation.
In case you return a part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If your order is returned to us due to a mistake on your part (e.g. incorrect address, expiration of parcel pickup point), the return shipping costs charged to us will be deducted from the amount credited to your account.
In case of exchange, your goods will be shipped as quickly as possible no later than 14 days after our confirmation. You can exchange your order only once for a size or colour change in the same price range. If the new size or colour is not available, we will contact you via email.
We accept damage claims within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days damage claims can no longer be accepted. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please note that we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
